LUFTER designs and builds Cleanroom for Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Food & Beverage industries. We take on projects with the intention of raising local clean room design and construction standards, and create facilities of enduring quality. These are some of our projects.
With LUFTER’s experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing, LUFTER was awarded to design, build and validate Sterile Penicillin Injectables plant at Idaman Pharmaceuticals at Sri Iskandar, Ipoh.
LUFTER was awarded to design, build and validate production cleanrooms for Ain Medicare, Kelantan.
Together with Lendlease Pharma division, LUFTER worked with Glaxo Smith Kline (Sterling Drug) in Hulu Kelang, Selangor to refurbish and upgrade their facilities.
LUFTER was awarded to design, build and validate a new Steroid and Non-Steroidal product dispensary for HOE Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd, Klang. The facility complies to national and international guidelines.
The opportunity to renovate the existing IVF facility at Sunway Medical Centre brought LUFTER into the industry. The team built and validated one of the largest IVF cleanrooms in Malaysia at Sunfert International Sdn Bhd, Bangsar.
In recent years, stem cell therapies are explored for their possibilities to treat or prevent diseases. LUFTER designs, builds and validates MSc isolation, harvesting and preservation facility at All Life, Petaling Jaya.
Through the harmonised GMP standards between Ministry of Health Malaysia and Nicell Asia on stem cell GMP processing with Japanese technology, LUFTER designed, constructed, commissioned and validated a new stem cells facility, Nicell Asia. This is the first stem cell facility with cGMP approval in Malaysia.
LUFTER was engaged to design, build and validate facility complying to ABSL-2 for Pahang Bio Science Malaysia at UPM, Bangi.
LUFTER entered the Healthcare facility industry under the recommendation of National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), Ministry of Health Malaysia. The CDR facilities of reputable medical centres including, but not limited to KPJ Damansara, KPJ Sabah Medical Centre, Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu, and Pantai Hospital Bangsar were designed, built and validated by LUFTER.
Similar to CDR facilities, LUFTER designed, built and validated TPN and IV Admixture cleanrooms for Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur, Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu, Pantai Hospital Bangsar, Hospital Universiti Teknologi MARA Shah Alam (HUiTM) and Hospital Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA).
LUFTER designed, built and validated Hotlab, FDG and Radioiodine cleanrooms for Pantai Hospital Bangsar. LUFTER has successfully obtained design approval from National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), Ministry of Health Malaysia for Subang Jaya Medical Centre, Hospital Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman and Regency Specialist Hospital.
One of LUFTER’s first animal biosafety projects was for Universiti Kebangsaaan Malaysia (UKM), Bangi. From a fully forested area, it took Lufter just 4 months to design, construct, commission and validate an entirely new, ABSL-2 compliant facility.
LUFTER was approached to design and submit tender documents for a new Palm Oil Tissue Culture Research Laboratory at Medan, Sumatra – Indonesia for Lonsum. The Research Palm Oil Tissue Culture Laboratory conducts research studies on a new hybrid FI Palm oil seed.
San Soon Seng Food Industries Sdn Bhd (also known as AAA), employed LUFTER to redesign, commission, construct and validate their new refined sugar caramel process clean room to meet the HACCP food compliance and Danone Dumex audit requirements.
AIC Ingredients Sdn Bhd is a new manufacturing plant in Shah Alam. The clean room for filling and packing area was designed, built and commissioned by LUFTER with full compliance to GMP Standards.
