LUFTER provides Design and Build services. Most of the time, we work under a single contract with the project owner, providing a full range of services from consulting, basic and detail design, and construction management from initial concept through completion.

Design, Consulting & Tender

LUFTER provides or works with Customers to develop the facility design, drawings and specifications. Once the design is finalized, LUFTER could assist with the development of proposal for bidding.

Design and Build

LUFTER provides Design and Build services most of the time. A competent workforce is imperative in providing a full range of services from consulting, basic and detail design, and construction management from initial concept through completion, under a single contract.

Quality Control and Validation on cGMP HVAC Systems

LUFTER also worked with facility owners and contractors to perform quality control on-site, prepare and execute validation documents for the facility. Cleanroom Performance Test report and certificate issued by NEBB accredited agency will also be scrutinized by the Validation team before submitting to facility owner. Our team is well versed with compliance requirements on cGMP HVAC systems.

Development of Clean room panel, passbox, door and ductwork inspired by European Standards

Besides meeting user requirements and local compliance on the design, LUFTER takes a step further to develop clean room panels, pass box and doors with manufacturer. They are inspired by European Standards, not only more aesthetically pleasing, but also easier for the facility operators to maintain. Similarly, the ductwork crafted under LUFTER is reliable to meet required standards while lowering energy costs and maximizing HVAC system’s longevity.

HVAC Balancing, Cleanroom Performance Test and On-site calibration Coordination

The airflow of production facility HVAC systems will be inspected and balanced by experienced workforce to ensure that air conditioning outputs are consistent, so all facility parameters such as temperature, relative humidity and differential pressures are within intended range.
